This is done by sending the ordered item or an order confirmation to the customer. Should the ordered article on the homepage be subject to a typing, printing or calculation error, blechblas-instrumentenbau egger gmbh is entitled to withdraw at any time. If an article is no longer available, blechblas-instrumentenbau egger gmbh is entitled to withdraw. In this case, it shall contact the buyer in order to offer a possible replacement.<\/p>\n

Section 4 Shipping<\/strong>
<\/strong>Unless otherwise agreed, the goods will be dispatched upon receipt of payment. Transport damage must be reported to the responsible forwarding agent or blechblas-instrumentenbau egger gmbh within 5 days of receipt of the goods. Information on delivery times are non-binding if the delivery date has not been agreed explicitly. The shipment is carried out primarily by Swiss Post<\/em>. Bulky or particularly heavy goods are delivered by forwarding agent.
Blechblas-instrumentenbau egger gmbh is not obliged, unless it has been expressly agreed to clarify the shipping method with the customer.
All transports are insured by blechblas-instrumentenbau egger gmbh.<\/p>\n

5 Shipping costs Switzerland<\/strong>
<\/strong>In addition to the price of the goods, the ordering and packing costs will be charged to the customer in the amount of the expense. Any fees incurred will be charged to the customer. Any costs incurred for uncollected shipments will be charged to the customer.<\/p>\n

Section 6 Right of return<\/strong>
<\/strong>Instruments and mouthpieces can be returned by arrangement within 14 days of purchase. The goods must be returned in perfect condition. The customer will be charged any recovery costs as well as shipping costs.
Accessories and consumables (such as.B. care products, grades, gig bags\/suitcases, CDs, etc.) do not apply as a matter of principle.<\/p>\n

Section 7 Liability in the event of delivery<\/strong>
<\/strong>Blechblas-instrumentenbau egger gmbh assumes no liability in the event of undeliverability or delayed delivery of products due to incorrectly declared delivery addresses, absence of the recipient, customs problems or events due to force majeure.<\/p>\n

<\/strong>The prices shown are net prices incl. VAT plus shipping costs. Price changes and errors reserved.<\/p>\n

Section 9 Payment Options<\/strong>
<\/strong> Blechblas-instrumentenbau egger gmbh accept payment by bank transfer, credit card (Visa\u00ae, MasterCard\u00ae) or cash upon collection.<\/p>\n

Section 10 Costs in case of late payment<\/strong>
<\/strong>Processing fee (from day 70 after invoice date, when handed over to debt collection service provider) depending on the amount of the receivable, maximum amount in CHF: 50 (up to 20); 70 (up to 50); 100 (up to 100); 120 (up to 150); 149 (up to 250); 195 (up to 500); 308 (up to 1,500); 448 (up to 3,000); 1’100 (up to 10,000); 1,510 (up to 20,000); 2,658 (up to 50,000); 6% of the claim (from 50,000).<\/p>\n

Section 11 Warranty<\/strong>
<\/strong>The rights of defects are governed by the provisions of the Swiss Code of Obligations, Art. 197 et seq. OR. Accordingly, the rights to defects become time-barred after 2 years after delivery (guarantee period). For second-hand\/used instruments, the warranty period is 6 months.<\/p>\n

Section 12 Property Rights<\/strong>
The goods remain the property of blechblas-instrumentenbau egger gmbh until full payment has been made.<\/p>\n

Section 13 Data Protection<\/strong>
<\/strong>When processing and using personal data of the customer, blechblas-instrumentenbau egger gmbh assures that it will comply with the Data Protection Act and other relevant legal standards. Personal data will be treated confidentially and will not be passed on to third parties.<\/p>\n

Section 14 Applicable Law and Place of Jurisdiction<\/strong>
Swiss law applies to the exclusion of the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. The place of jurisdiction for all claims in connection with the business relationship is M\u00fcnchenstein.<\/p>\n

Section 15 Alternative Dispute Resolution in accordance with Article 14 para. 1 ODR-VO and Section 36 VSBG<\/strong>
