The Galileo Piccolo combines both tunings in an ideal way in one instrument. The trick: two separate bells, as well as 1st and 3rd slides for the A and Bb sides. The components are optimised for each of the tunings. The wide range of bells, differs in terms of material, wall thicknesses and/or shapes. This creates a piccolo with maximum variability and giving the musician a wide range of sounds possibilities.
